Excellent experience! Shipping was incredibly fast, and everything arrived securely packaged and exactly as expected. What really stood out was the customer service—they were quick to respond, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values its customers, as I had many questions prior to purchase. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them based on the outstanding service and fast delivery. Also the website maps out what each peptide does, just awesome all around

About Mazdutide
Mazdutide (IBI362) is a GLP-1 and glucagon receptor dual agonist — an oxyntomodulin-based peptide developed by Innovent and Eli Lilly. Like tirzepatide’s dual approach, it hits two receptors, but its second target is glucagon rather than GIP.
How mazdutide works
Mazdutide is built on the oxyntomodulin scaffold and activates two receptors at once. The GLP-1 arm suppresses appetite and improves glucose control; the glucagon arm adds increased energy expenditure and helps mobilise liver fat. Combining both is the mechanism behind the weight-loss and cardiometabolic effects seen in its trials.
What the research shows
- Obesity, Phase 2 (Ji et al., Nat Commun 2023). A 24-week trial in Chinese adults showed dose-dependent, clinically meaningful weight loss versus placebo.
- Higher-dose Phase 1b (Zhang et al., 2022). Confirmed weight loss and tolerability at 9–10 mg doses.
- Phase 3 — GLORY-1 (NEJM 2025). The first Phase 3 (~610 participants) met its primary and key secondary endpoints, with significant weight loss, reduced liver fat and improved cardiometabolic markers over 48 weeks.
Candour: mazdutide is investigational — its trials have been conducted largely in Chinese populations, and while it received an initial approval in China (2025), it is not a marketed medicine in most markets. Long-term, broad-population data are still accumulating. Use belongs under a physician’s guidance.

What Mazdutide
is studied for
Here’s a plain-English look at the areas researchers focus on with mazdutide — context to discuss with your physician, not medical advice.
Dual GLP-1 + glucagon
Activates both receptors; the glucagon arm adds energy expenditure.
Weight management
Produced clinically meaningful weight loss in trials.
Blood sugar
The GLP-1 arm is studied in relation to glucose handling.
Liver fat
Lower liver fat was observed in Phase 3 research.
Oxyntomodulin-based
Built on the natural dual-acting gut hormone.
