Excellent experience! Shipping was incredibly fast, and everything arrived securely packaged and exactly as expected. What really stood out was the customer service—they were quick to respond, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values its customers, as I had many questions prior to purchase. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them based on the outstanding service and fast delivery. Also the website maps out what each peptide does, just awesome all around

About CJC-1295
CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as modified GRF(1-29), is a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It is a stabilised version of the first 29 residues of GHRH, engineered to resist the enzymes that quickly break down natural GHRH — prompting the pituitary to release the body’s own growth hormone. It is most often paired with a ghrelin-receptor agonist such as ipamorelin.
How CJC-1295 works
CJC-1295 binds the GHRH receptor on the pituitary and stimulates a pulse of the body’s own growth hormone, which in turn raises IGF-1. The “No DAC” form used here lacks the drug-affinity-complex group of the longer-acting version, so it has a short half-life (about 30 minutes) and produces a brief, natural-style GH pulse. That short action is exactly why it is commonly combined with ipamorelin, which triggers GH release through a complementary pathway.
What the research shows
- Prolonged GH/IGF-1 (Teichman et al., 2006). A single dose of the long-acting CJC-1295 (with DAC) raised GH 2–10× and IGF-1 1.5–3× for up to ~6–11 days in healthy adults.
- Pulsatility preserved (Ionescu & Frohman, 2006). Continuous CJC-1295 stimulation raised GH levels while preserving the natural pulsatile rhythm of secretion.
- Restored growth in models (Alba et al., 2006). Once-daily CJC-1295 normalised growth and raised IGF-1 in GHRH-deficient mice.
Candour on the evidence: the human data above come mainly from the longer-acting DAC version; the No-DAC / modified GRF(1-29) form specifically has little dedicated human-trial data, and long-term safety and efficacy are not established. Some molecular figures for the No-DAC form are supplier-reported rather than from primary literature. Use belongs under a physician’s guidance.

What CJC-1295
is studied for
Here’s a plain-English look at the areas researchers focus on with CJC-1295 — context to discuss with your physician, not medical advice.
Endogenous GH release
Stimulates the pituitary to release the body’s own growth hormone.
Pairs with ipamorelin
Complementary pathways make CJC-1295 + ipamorelin a common research pairing.
IGF-1 support
The GH pulse it triggers raises IGF-1 downstream.
Natural-style pulse
The No-DAC form gives a short, pulse-like release rather than sustained elevation.
Stabilised GHRH
Amino-acid substitutions resist the enzymes that quickly degrade natural GHRH.
